At Personalized Gift Hub, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized gifts. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
As most of our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
- Damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Incorrect due to an error on our part (wrong item, incorrect customization, etc.).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- If the product is out of stock and you do not wish to wait for a restock.
- If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, and a replacement is not possible.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized & Personalized Products (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition.
- Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, the order enters production and cannot be canceled.
